The third revamped edition of the annual exhibition at the Dizajn BWA Wrocław Gallery is held as part of the T-Mobile New Horizons IFF. This year, it is Midnight Show. Porwani takes place in complete darkness.

The Midnight Show exhibition has been part of the T-Mobile New Horizons IFF since 2013. A showing begins after the last movie on each festival day. It lasts for one hour and is different every night. The concept of time has been taken from the movies - a viewer has only 60 minutes to participate in this unique experience. When they come back the next day, it will be another version.

The two previous editions covered the themes of montage, audience studies, animism, light, and motion. Like movies, they had a soundtrack, protagonists and star cameos. The following artists presented their works: Olaf Brzeski, Aneta Grzeszykowska, Roee Rosen, Dominik Lejman, Monika Zawadzki, Kama Sokolnicka, Maciej Sieńczyk. Each year, Midnight Show displays different pieces. It gives the viewer the opportunity to have a totally different perspective on art - paintings, photographs, sculptures, and objects - and to experience it the same way we watch movies; for a defined period of time and with awareness from beginning to end.

The third edition entitled Midnight Show. Porwani takes place in complete darkness. It is an invisible exhibition. During Midnight Show, your eyes will struggle to see through the pitch black. Nine artists will present their individual shows on an invisible set designed by Aleksandra Wasilkowska. We propose a deal: truly experience art with your senses instead of just seeing it. We would like to make you perfectly aware that you will share room with people and works of art that cannot be seen. Instead, the invisible works can be touched, stroked, smelled, and heard. We are particularly interested in the audience's reaction and behavior. Will the abductees cooperate with one another? The dark is feared but we can hide in it. Feeling the presence of others can be, at the same time, joyful and terrifying.

In program: Igor Krenz, Wojciech Kucharczyk, Honorata Martin, Witek Orski, Karol Radziszewski, Anna i Adam Witkowscy, Zorka Wollny, Olaf Brzeski (special guest).
